Ended on Bring a Trailer Auctions : 427-Powered 1969 Ford Mustang SportsRoof 6-Speed This 1969 Ford Mustang SportsRoof was originally delivered with Indian Fire Red paintwork, a 302ci V8, and a C-4 automatic transmission. Acquired by the owner in 2009, it has since been repainted silver with black stripes and repowered with a 427ci Boss V8 crate engine linked to a Tremec six-speed manual transmission. The car rides on 17? Ultra 454 wheels, Global West suspension components, front coilovers and disc brakes, and frame connectors and traction bars. The engine equipped with an Edelbrock intake manifold, a Quick Fuel carburetor, and headers linked to a dual exhaust system, and inside are bucket seats, a JVC stereo, digital gauges, and a wood-rimmed steering wheel. This Mustang is now offered on dealer consignment with service records and a California title. Originally Indian Fire Red, the car was repainted silver with black stripes in 2015. The left-front fender were replaced at that time, and the car has a chin spoiler, a hood with a scoop and pins, and grille lights. Global West suspension components have been installed along with front coilovers, Wilwood disc brakes, frame connectors, and traction bars. The staggered 17? Ultra 454 wheels are mounted with Toyo tires measuring 225/45 up front and 245/45 out back. Borgeson power steering was also utilized. Bucket seats have been installed along with a JVC stereo. A Grant wheel and digital gauges were also fitted. The five-digit odometer shows under 600 miles, which represents the distance driven since the engine was installed. A 427ci Boss V8 crate engine was installed, and it is topped by an Edelbrock intake manifold and a Quick Fuel carburetor. MSD ignition and long-tube headers were also used along with an aluminum radiator, and a brace spans the engine bay. A six-speed Tremec manual transmission was installed as part of the modifications, and the dual exhaust system, frame connectors, and traction bars are shown above.
