This 1970 Triumph TR6R Tiger 650 was acquired by its current owner in 2013, reportedly following a refurbishment carried out under prior ownership. The bike has been refinished in metallic green with black stripes and is powered by a numbers-matching 649cc parallel-twin mated to a four-speed transmission. Equipment includes a two-up seat, a single Amal carburetor, a chrome grab handle, twin polished exhausts, leading-shoe drum brakes, and both center and side stands. This TR6R is being offered at no reserve by the selling dealer on consignment with workshop manuals and a clean California title.

The fuel tank and both fenders have been refinished in metallic green with black stripes. Equipment includes black side covers, a two-up seat, a chrome grab bar, black rubber knee grips, polished mirrors, and both center and side stands.

Wire-spoke wheels measuring 19? up front and 18? out back and are wrapped in Dunlop Gold Seal K70 tires. Braking is provided by drums at both ends, the front of which features a twin leading-shoe design. Suspension is handled by a hydraulic fork as well as twin adjustable shocks mounted to the swingarm.

A chrome headlight bucket with an integrated Lucas ammeter sits ahead of a 150-mph Smiths speedometer and a 10k-rpm tachometer. The five-digit odometer shows 250 miles, all of which have been added by the seller. True mileage is unknown.

The 649cc OHV parallel-twin is said to have been overhauled under prior ownership and features a single Amal carburetor and a dual chrome exhaust system with a crossover pipe. The bike is equipped with a kick-starter only.

The number BD40016 stamped on the engine case matches the one stamped on the frame which can be viewed in the gallery.

Power is sent to the rear wheel through a four-speed transmission shifted on the right and a drive chain.
