This 1968 Land Rover 109 Series IIA is a left-hand-drive station wagon powered by a 2.3-liter inline-four linked to a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. It is finished in blue over black vinyl upholstery and is equipped with a vented tropical roof, a folding windshield, auxiliary lights, sliding side windows, and 16? steel wheels along with three-across front seats, inward-facing jump seats, auxiliary gauges, and a three-spoke steering wheel with a brodie knob. The current owner purchased the truck from the selling dealer in February 2013, and subsequent work included replacing the primary fuel tank, carburetor assembly, linkage, and tires. This 109 is now offered on dealer consignment at no reserve with spare parts, workshop manuals, 2015-2023 service records, and a clean California title.

The truck is finished in blue and was repainted at an unknown time. It has a vented tropical roof with alpine windows as well as auxiliary lights, a folding windshield, a side-hinged rear cargo door, cowl vents, sliding side windows, and dual side mirrors. Close-up photos of the exterior are provided in the gallery below.

The 16? slotted steel wheels were refinished and powder-coated in late 2023, at which time a new set of 235/85 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires were mounted. A spare is secured to the hood. Braking is handled by four-wheel drums.

The three-spoke steering wheel features a brodie knob and fronts Jaeger instrumentation including a 75-mph speedometer and gauges for water temperature and fuel level. Auxiliary readouts are positioned to the left. The fuel gauge wiring was repaired in December 2018. The horn and the oil pressure gauge do not work. The five-digit odometer shows 6k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The 2.3-liter inline-four is equipped with a Weber carburetor, and routes power to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. A high-torque gear reduction starter was installed in 2015. The fuel pump was replaced with an aftermarket unit in March 2017, while the primary fuel tank, sending unit, and lines were replaced in December 2018. Service in late 2023 totaled over $5k and involved replacing the carburetor assembly, linkage, battery, and spark plugs.
