This 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 was delivered new to North Brothers Ford of Westland, Michigan and was refurbished in the early 2000s, which included refinishing the car in green with black stripes and redoing the black interior. Power comes from a replacement 302ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission, and other features include a 9? rear axle, 17? American Racing wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, a front lip, a rear wing, rear-window louvers, a console, a Hurst shifter, and an AM/FM stereo. The current owner acquired the car in 2017. This Boss 302 is now offered on dealership consignment as part of the Mohr Imports Monterey Collection Sale with a removed engine, axle housing, Magnum 500–style wheels, and other parts as well as a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, refurbishment photos, and a clean California title.

The car was delivered new in Grabber Green (Z) and was refinished at some point in the early 2000s. Features include black Boss 302 side stripes that extend to the hood, a Shaker hood scoop, a front lip, rear-window louvers, and a rear wing.

Gray American Racing alloy-faced 17? Classic 200S wheels feature polished outer lips and are mounted with 245/40 front and 265/40 rear Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Each corner makes use of disc brakes, and the suspension has been overhauled.

The refurbished interior features high-back bucket seats and a folding Sport Deck rear bench trimmed in black vinyl, accented by woodgrain trim. Equipment includes a center console, a T-handle Hurst shifter, a passenger-side clock, and a push-button AM/FM stereo.

An aftermarket steering wheel sits ahead of instrumentation that includes a 120-mph speedometer with red hash marks over 70 mph, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges to monitor coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 7k miles, approximately 1,500 of which have been added under current ownership.

A replacement 302ci V8 has been installed and is paired with a close-ratio four-speed manual transmission as well as a 9? rear axle. The car was inspected and serviced in 2010, and in 2014 the oil was changed, the spark plugs and radiator cap were replaced, and the carburetor was adjusted.

Additional images of the underbody are presented in the gallery below, and wear is noted on some underside components.

The two-page window sticker shows selected factory options along with a total retail price of $4,871.45 after $1,132 in options. Corresponding sales sheets, an Ownercard, a paint-chip sheet, brochures, and other literature will accompany the vehicle.

A removed Boss 302 V8 engine (casting number D1ZE-6015-BA), a rear-end housing, a set of four Magnum 500 wheels with Goodyear Polyglas GT tires, a steering wheel, and various other removed parts will also be included, as shown in the gallery.

Refurbishment photos are provided toward the end of the gallery. The pictures bear a stamp on the back that reads “Processing by Kodak — April 1996 SF”.
