This 1967 Volkswagen Bus is a Deluxe Samba seven-seater that was refurbished under previous ownership before the current owner acquired it in 2015. Refinished in red over gray, the bus is powered by a modified flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes dual EMPI carburetors, a stainless-steel exhaust, a 12-volt ignition coil and alternator, safari front glass, roof windows, a roof rack, a fabric sunroof, pass-through front bucket seats, rear bench seats, VDO instrumentation, a clock, an Alpine stereo, and 15? wheels with chrome hubcaps. This 21-window Microbus is now offered on dealer consignment with a VW Classic Parts certificate and a California title.

The bus was delivered new in Tizian Red and Beige Grey (L555/L472), and under previous ownership it was refinished. Features include a roof rack, a white fabric sunroof, eight rooftop windows, a split safari windshield, and a passenger-side running board.

Two-tone 15? steel wheels wear VW-stamped hubcaps and are mounted with 165-series whitewall tires. The front axle is equipped with disc brakes.

The interior features pass-through front bucket seats, a narrow middle row, and a full rear bench, all of which are trimmed in gray fabric with tan vinyl backings. An Alpine stereo with Bluetooth connectivity is mounted in the center of the dash, and a clock is located on the passenger side.

A two-spoke steering wheel with a “golden lady” crest sits ahead of a VDO 80-mph speedometer and a fuel-level gauge to the left. The five-digit odometer shows approximately 900 miles, less than 100 of which have been added by the current owner. True mileage is unknown.

The replacement flat-four is said to have been built to high compression with modified components. The engine was installed under previous ownership and is equipped with dual EMPI carburetors, a stainless-steel exhaust, and an electric fuel pump as well as a Bosch 12-volt ignition coil and 12-volt alternator.

Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transaxle. The underbody has been refinished, and additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below.
