This 2008 Porsche 911 Turbo cabriolet is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six that drives all four wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox. It is finished in black over black full leather and features a black soft top, the Sport Chrono Package, 19” Turbo wheels, bi-xenon headlights, PCM with navigation, and heated adaptive sport seats. The car was initially registered in California and has remained in the state through the current owner’s purchase in December 2018. This 997.1 Turbo cabriolet has 36k miles and is now offered on dealer consignment with manufacturer’s literature, service records, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in black (A1) and features a black convertible soft top. Additional features include bi-xenon headlights with washers, fog lights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, side and rear air intakes, flared quarter panels, and quad exhaust outlets. The 19” Turbo wheels are wrapped in 235/35 front and 305/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport tires showing date codes from 2017. Braking is handled by Porsche-branded six- and four-piston front and rear calipers over rotors measuring 13.8? at each corner. The car is equipped with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as well as Porsche Stability Management (PSM) with an automatic brake differential (ABD). Service in July 2021 included a brake fluid exchange and replacements of the left-front inner and outer CV boots along with a repacking of the joints.

The cabin features heated and adaptive front sport seats upholstered in black leather with red stitching that extends to the dashboard, door panels, consoles, and gear lever. Features include driver-seat memory settings, Guards Red seat belts, black floor mats with red trim, automatic climate control, cruise control, a Bose sound system, a trunk-mounted six-disc CD changer, and Porsche Communication Management with navigation.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central tachometer and a 225-mph speedometer as well as gauges for oil temperature, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The optional Sport Chrono Package added a stopwatch atop the dashboard. The digital odometer indicates 36k miles, approximately 6k of which were added under current ownership.

The twin-turbocharged and intercooled 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six was factory rated at 480 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. The Sport Chrono Package allows the 997.1 Turbo to overboost for up to 10 seconds, increasing peak rated torque to 505 ft-lb. The car is fitted with an aftermarket exhaust system, and maintenance performed in 2016 included replacements of the drive belt along with the tensioner and idler rollers. The spark plugs were changed in 2019, and an oil change was performed in July 2021.

Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle. The clutch disc, pressure plate, dual mass flywheel, release bearing, and rear crankshaft seal were replaced in November 2019 at 32k miles.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration and service history in California.
