This is a 1964 Land Rover Series IIA 88 Station Wagon.


This 1964 Land Rover Series IIA is a left-hand drive 88” wheelbase model that was acquired by its current owner in 2015 and subsequently put into storage. The truck has been refinished in Sand Beige over black vinyl and is equipped with a Tropical Roof, cargo area jump seats, a rear spotlight, a Mantec spare tire carrier, and an Alpine CD player. Power comes from a 2.25-liter gasoline inline-four mated to a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive and a dual-range transfer case. 

The truck was repainted in Sand Beige under previous ownership and features galvanized steel corner caps as well as a vented Tropical Roof, which is designed to act as a sun reflector and allows fresh air to circulate in the cabin. A spotlight is mounted over the rear door.

Beige 16? wheels are wrapped in 235/85 Pathfinder Radial A/T tires, including the spare mounted to the Mantec carrier in the rear. The front wheels are mounted over manually-locking hubs.

Individual three-across front seats are upholstered in black vinyl with matching door panels, while the dash is painted to match the body and rubber mats cover the floor. Five lap belts are provided for the front and rear occupants. An Alpine CD player with an auxiliary port has been installed in the storage compartment under the passenger seat.

Centrally-mounted instrumentation consists of a 75-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for amperage, fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 94k miles, with total mileage unknown.
