This 1973 Jaguar E-Type Series III 2+2 is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 linked with a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. It is finished in British Racing Green over Biscuit leather, and features include four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, 15” knock-off wire wheels, quadruple carburetors, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a cassette stereo, and air conditioning. The current owner acquired the car in 2014, and the car has since been repainted. This Series III E-Type is now offered as part of Mohr Imports’ Monterey Car Week Collection on dealer consignment with an Arizona title.

The car is finished in British Racing Green and was repainted under current ownership. Equipment includes uncovered headlights, a forward-hinged louvered hood, US-spec bumpers, pop-out rear quarter windows, and a power antenna.

The 15? wire-spoke wheels are secured with knock-off spinners and are mounted with 205/70 Pirelli P4000 tires. The Series III E-Type was factory equipped with power steering, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with inboard-mounted rear rotors.

The 2+2 cabin features front bucket seats and a reach bench upholstered in Biscuit leather as well as color-coordinated door panels. Interior amenities include a cassette stereo, a locking glovebox, and air conditioning.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames Smiths instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline. An analog clock along with auxiliary gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level are mounted in the center stack. The five-digit odometer has rolled over and currently shows 2k miles. Total mileage is unknown.

The 5.3-liter V12 was factory equipped with quadruple Zenith-Stromberg carburetors and was rated at 241 horsepower and 285 lb-ft of torque when new.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
